As HR consultants for corporations and medium-sized companies, MTC has established an excellent reputation in the field of executive recruitment. From our base in Hamburg, we fill critical positions for our clients mainly in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Our main business has been complemented by interim management and outplacement consulting. Supporting candidates wishing to make a career switch now constitutes one of our services.
