Wilfried completed an apprenticeship in the hotel sector and an MBA at the University of Aachen. Management positions in sales/customer marketing in the FMCG sector (Gillette, Lindt chocolates, Colgate Palmolive) followed. Management positions in multinational and medium-sized companies (Colgate Palmolive, Hamelin paper brands), as well as consulting services in a variety of industries, round out his management experience before he took over MTC Personalberatung & Interim Management after the death of founder Dr. Busch and continued her thirty-year successful track record.

Customers prize his management background and his strong ability to gauge different forms of organisation and corporate cultures precisely and to offer precise solutions for each of his clients’ challenges. His competent overview has been inherited together with his towering height, which is above 6 ft 5.

Wilfried Hadick is married, with three children, and as a native of North-Rhine-Westphalia has fallen in love with his adopted home of Hamburg.
